There is tons of review on this product already and I must agree with most of the reviewers that this AmazonBasics 7 port USB 2.0 hub is well built unlike most other cheap knock-off's from unknown manufacturer which either works for a day or two or simply does not work at all.

This 7 Port USB 2.0 hub works both with 'BUS' power which can come very handy in situations wherein there is no A/C power source as well with the included 5v/4A power Adapter which should be able to drive portable USB HDDs, Keyboard, Mice and whatever you want to plugin-to this 7 port hub. Amazon includes everything you need in this frustration free packing and has good quality of material and workmanship.

There is an annoying 'RED' Power LED that is very bright but that's what the black electrical tapes are for! As far as mounting is concerned I observed that it is much stable when mounted vertically, But the horizontal mount seems squiggly but still usable.
Overall I do like this product and it is priced right. Recommended!
