The product comes with 3 year warranty and also comes with flexible tangle free bristles which gently straightens and dries your hair while 'Ionic Conditioning' leaving your hair with less frizz which can happen with other high powered blower/dryer. This product gives better natural shine to your hair, This has 2 Heat Settings and one 'Cool Shot' setting to get the desired style. This is Lightweight & Easy to Use & comes with a Tangle Free Swivel Cord which also has safety trip switch which can detect accidental grounding and eliminates electric shock.
If I were to nitpick on anything I would say that the place where one holds this styler/dryer is not suitable for small hands. But most adult women can hold them comfortably and can use the index finger as the primary guide to the bristles. Having said, If you have very small hands then it can be difficult to use this properly to dry or style your hair.
